Ingredients
- 2oz Rye Whiskey
- Sugar Cube(s)
- Peychaud's bitters
- Angostura bitters
- Absinthe rinse
- Lemon twist
Instructions
Place rocks glass in freezer or fill with ice.
Add 3 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, and sugar cube(s) to a mixing glass. Muddle together until sugar has
dissolved. Add in Rye Whiskey, ice, and stir.
Remove rocks glass from freezer or empty ice out. Mist or
rinse glass with Absinth. Pour in the stirred ingredients from mixing
glass. Add a zest of lemon and enjoy.
